It doesn’t matter if you’re a thru-hiker on the Appalachian trail or camping for the weekend the Taga is ideal for both. This new design offers a bug free environment at the weight of a tarp. The crossbar makes the side walls near vertical, allowing for ample headroom and increased ventilation to cut back condensation. We realize many stocky backpackers solo in 2 man tents for the extra space but at 36” wide and vestibules on both sides for your gear, even the one man version is large enough for most hikers. It comes in either a one man or two man versions. The Taga 1 comes in at 1063g and the Taga 2 at 1215g
